This charming hotel perched on the heights of Montmartre is one of our special favourites.

Right near the Sacré-Coeur and Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, also known as the city’s village, has retained all its turn of the century appeal. And the TimHotel Montmartre certainly contributes to this, with its historically classified façade situated on a picturesque square, the Place Emile Goudeau, with its Wallace fountain and refreshing drinking water for those hot summer days.

The hotel was formerly known as the Hotel Paradis and then the Hotel Goudeau and offers a wide choice of rooms. Each of its five floors is dedicated to a painter: Matisse, Picasso, Utrillo… Reproductions of their works hang in the corridors and rooms.

The view over the rooftops is impressive and you almost feel as though you could reach out and touch the dome of the Sacré-Coeur! So try to get a room on one of the higher floors. You won’t regret it!
