The Una hotel Scandinavia was built in 1992 by the Pessina company, which has already lent its simple, futuristic style to numerous buildings in the city. The hotel is a glass and concrete structure located in the Bullona quarter, adored by fans of Milan nightlife.

A 1930s feel welcomes you to the circular entrance hall, where dark mahogany pillars contrast with the pale marble of the floor and the green and red sofas of the lounge area. And next to the reception, on the landing where the stairs divide, there is a sublime 1930s mirror. 
This play on pale shades and dark woods continues in the Il Giardino Sempione restaurant, not far from the breakfast room. Open spaces and large mirrors reflect the green colours of the plants which decorate the interior… Here, chef Johann Boxleiter offers rather international cuisine, with somewhat un-Italian influences.
A welcoming elegance also characterises the 152 rooms, with dark-coloured parquet flooring and furniture set off by reds, blues and greens. And the extraordinary imperial suite on the 6^th floor is a real jewel!
