The Una hotel Mediterraneo is in the heart of a 17th century quarter, not far from the Porta Romana, which was the only entry to this northern town for many centuries, and was built at the end of the 16^th century to allow Marguerite of Austria to make a grand entrance. 

This 4-star hotel is nestled in a pink building which immediately demonstrates its general atmosphere.
Next to the reception area is a lounge with lively armchairs and club sofas in orange and apple green, furniture in light-coloured wood and sometimes colourful walls. Refreshing cheerfulness in this often monochrome town. Modern, functional design is found throughout the Una hotel Mediterraneo.
